Chris Kiesel
Tournament Director
Chris brings over 25 years of coaching and tournament experience, hailing from Louisville, KY, where he competed in Southern and Regional tennis tournaments. His junior career was marked by selection to the Kentucky All-State First Team and induction into the South Oldham High School Tennis Hall of Fame. He pursued a Bachelor of Science in Biology at the College of Charleston and later earned a Master's in Business Administration from The Citadel.
Chris began his coaching journey at the Family Circle Tennis Center, now LTP Tennis, where he swiftly became the Director of the Advanced Junior Program for players aged 8-18, training both National and World Ranked Junior players. As Assistant Coach for the Division I Charleston Southern University's Women’s Tennis team, he contributed to training top 100 collegiate athletes and guiding the team to a Big South Conference Championship Later, he became the Director of Recreational Tennis Programs at LTP Tennis in Mount Pleasant, focusing on elite youth players aspiring for professional and collegiate tennis.
Currently, as the Director of Junior Tennis at Wild Dunes, he also supports the Wando High and Oceanside High School Teams. Chris is dedicated to developing character through tennis, believing that the skills learned on the court contribute to success beyond the sport. His passion has led him to direct the Charleston Tennis Circuit, where he fosters a positive and competitive tournament atmosphere.

KELLY FRANZ
Creative Director
Kelly is from New Jersey, but her wanderlust heart led her study abroad in Australia during her undergraduate college days then over to London to pursue a graduate degree in Event Marketing Management. After graduation, she moved back across the pond to NYC, where she spent the next years working in the Events Industry. During that time, her passion of photography began to take over, and once deciding to call Charleston her home with her husband & pup, she created her own photography brand and online shop.
Now, she's also able to combine her love of events and photography and share those with the CTC community!

Mascot
London is our adorable, loving mascot. She is from Germany, but her name comes from the city where Kelly and her husband, Sandy first met!
She loves playing with the tennis ball and getting belly rubs!
